Comenzamos la idea de hacer algo único en el mundo, adaptar el motor más ligero que tenía Peugeot, en este caso 205 rally 1300cc con su caja de cambios y demás elementos e introducirlo en un mini clásico.
Háblanos de ti…
Mi nombre es Juan Carlos Díaz y todo esta afición viene por incitación de mi padre.
Él era el camionero, hacía la revisiones a su camiones y se quedaba incluso al mediodía hablando con los mecánicos, viendo los mini, pasaban horas cuando se juntaban.
Sus camiones eran de la marca BMC que es como se denomina también la primera gama de los “Mini”, “British Motor Corporation”, esto, permitió a mi padre, ver desde el principio como llegaron los mini en barco de Inglaterra.
Él contaba que venían con grasa pegada para que el transporte no lo dañara, eran como pelotitas de grasa en el barco , se trataba de las primeras unidades de que se vendieron en España, hasta que ya retomó la factoría Landaben en Pamplona, quienes empezaron a fabricar los primeros Morris “Mini” a partir del año 60, de esa gama mi padre tuvo su primer Mini.
Mi padre tuvo posteriormente varios minis y Morris , MG 1300.
Claro está que fue el primer coche de mi hermano el mayor , el hermano del medio también fue otro mini y como no mi primer coche fue otro mini.
Así fue mi segundo, tercero… a partir de ahí también probé con la gama deportiva de Peugeot por un amigo mío con una gran afición.
Empecé a probarlo y la verdad que me gustaron y tuve 205 rally, 205 GTI y 106 rally ,de ahí salte al 306 .
Después empezó el tema de los Minis a moverse un montón otra vez y conocí gente nueva, entonces me surgió la idea de mezclar los dos mundos: la deportividad que conocí en Peugeot con el tamaño de los minis y el tacto de Karts que tienen.
Comenzamos la idea de hacer algo único en el mundo, que es poner el motor más ligero que tenía Peugeot que en este caso era del Peugeot 205 rally 1300 con su caja de cambio y demás elementos e introducirlo en un mini clásico.
Tal y como lo pensé, lo hice. Un vehículo con unas prestaciones y sonido increíbles.
Los vehículos clásicos significan la historia de unos momentos vividos muy bonitos, queda ese remanente para que lo podamos disfrutar en estos días con tus amigos y familia.
Mi familia si hay parte que compartimos esta pasión, pero sobre todo con mi hijo.
Hemos hecho mucho evento de reuniones con un mini clásico y demás pero cada vez estamos perdiendo más la chispa, siempre que vamos al día de hoy tienen que tener una parte de clásico pero también de deportividad.
Mi profesión es mecánico y es lo que me dedico a diario busqué un trabajo muy apropiado para mi forma de ver la vida, quiere decir que a las 3:00 de la tarde he terminado, y estoy con mi hijo, los dos tenemos un taller de forma particular para “nuestras historias de mini”.

Lo que más me gusta de los mini es el tacto que tiene, digamos es el vehículo que me hace asemejar su conducción a un kart de calle, después la simpatía que tiene, el tamaño…es en general lo que atrae toda la toda la parafernalia, los club que hay y todo lo que se puede hacer con los mini. Todo eso es lo que me gusta y aparte también me recuerda aquella época que mi padre tenía tantos Mini durante mi infancia, eso siempre tienen esa cosilla y valor sentimental.

My name is José Manuel and I preside the Scuderia Ferrari Club Sevilla, a club that represents the love for motoring and motoring in all its variants.
I remember that my love for cars began at an early age, I was only 3-4 years old when I wanted to have small toys of those same cars that attracted me.
From that period of childhood and youth there were two models that stood out and for which I felt special attraction: the Lancia Delta Competition and the Lamborghini Diablo.
My love and passion for Ferrari also began very early. Already at the age of 8 years old I tried to follow the Formula 1 races in any way I could, always looking for the red car with which I identified myself, which I felt as something of my own and which also bears my name.
My love for Ferrari was born in the races, in the passion for speed, at a time when the Cavallino was not going through its best moments but the echoes of its myth and past legends resounded.
Tell us; what is your favorite Ferrari and how far does your passion go?
Little by little I would also become interested in their street jewels, among which it would be very difficult for me to choose just one, having a special predilection for the most classic ones, but I would highlight the 288 GTO as my favorite and iconic Ferrari.
This love for racing and street cars will reach a point where you want to go a step further and want a personal contact with the world of competition, the Scuderia, its cars and its history.
The first step is to look for people with the same passion and feeling for this brand, so you can create a group and why not a Club.
¿When did you take the step and decide to form Scuderia Ferrari Sevilla Club?
This is how in the years 2009-2011, among a group of friends, without having reference that in Spain and Andalusia there is nothing similar, an Association is formed whose main voice and representation is in a social network.
From this appearance we began to find other groups and similar references and various contacts that lead us to an Official Club already established in 2013, in which we personally decided to join outside our Association.
In a process that takes us about 4 years, learning and getting to know the structures and organization, will end up being born, taking as a basis our old Association, our own Official Club: the Scuderia Ferrari Club Sevilla.
What are the benefits of the Club?
The benefits and advantages are multiple, differentiating on the one hand the generic benefits offered by the brand, ranging from visits to the factory and museums in Maranello and Modena, discounts at the FerrariStore, free attendance at events such as Ferrari Challenge and Finali Mondiali, etc … from the particular benefits offered exclusively by the Scuderia Ferrari Club Sevilla.

As every Official Club, our main purpose is to promote and to take the Work, Myth and Legend of Ferrari, the Scuderia and its founder Enzo Ferrari, mainly by every corner of the Sevillian geography and its neighboring provinces, although we do not discard those points of Spain with followers that show a special interest for our Club and our way of doing things and living the Passion.
Who is this Official Club for?
A Scuderia Ferrari Club is above all a club created for the Tifosis, for the lovers of the competition, of the engine, of the Scuderia Ferrari, and followers of the brand in general, of its history, legend and myth. Seville includes lovers, enthusiasts of all kinds of motor and competition, even followers of other brands that see in our club a valid way to live and express the passion for motor and motoring in general.
Scuderia Ferrari Club Sevilla can be joined and associated to all those passionate about motor and motoring, competition and Formula 1, without any requirement or special condition.
Being essentially a club created for the Tifosis and followers, it is not necessary to own a Ferrari car to be part of it, but neither are excluded those owners who wish to join our Passion.

It has been a difficult year, what future projects do you have?
So we set our sights more on the immediate future, in 2022, trying to close this year 2021 with a couple of exhibitions with our partners with a date yet to be determined. A 2022 that will bring us new opportunities to fully carry out activities and events, such as the Sevilla Classic Gas in March, without ruling out an activity prior to this in the form of route or concentration and some visit that we have pending with our many friends in Marbella.

This year, next September 20, our young club celebrates its II Anniversary, as an official club of Scuderia Ferrari, and for this event we held during the month of August a contest of amateur painting, for the design of the poster of celebration.
This anniversary represents the struggle against adversity, having been born as a Club in a not very proper and unfavorable time, which has forced us to work hard and despite this to have grown and improved in 2020 compared to 2019 and 2021 compared to 2020.
All this demonstrates to our understanding the capacity and strength of a young club, thanks to constant work and the strong commitment of its older members creating links that go beyond and above the circumstances.
A different, friendly club that welcomes all followers, with new ideas and creating a framework of friendship that is giving us great popularity both in the networks and in our city. Loyal members, who are faithful to the club and who are not afraid of adversities and mistakes, with a passion that does not wane, worthy of true Ferrari Tifosis, and who make the existence of the Club possible.
Our goal is, therefore, to establish ourselves as a Club of reference in our territorial area, to become a referent of ferrarism in general lines with the passing of the years.

Mi nombre es José Manuel y presido a la Scuderia Ferrari Club Sevilla, club que representa la afición por el automovilismo y el motor en todas sus variantes.
Recuerdo que mi afición por los coches comenzó a edad temprana, apenas contaba con 3-4 años cuando ya quería tener en pequeños juguetes de aquellos mismos coches que me atraían.
De ese periodo de infancia y juventud hubo dos modelos que destacaron y por los cuales sentía especial atracción: el Lancia Delta de Competición y el Lamborghini Diablo.
Muy temprano también se inició mi amor y pasión por Ferrari. Ya con 8 años intentaba seguir de cualquier forma las carreras de Fórmula 1, siempre buscando el bólido rojo con el que me identificaba, que sentía como algo propio y que además lleva mi nombre.
Mi afición a Ferrari nace en las carreras, en la pasión por la velocidad, en una época en la que el Cavallino no atravesaba sus mejores momentos pero que resonaban los ecos de su mito y leyendas pasadas.
Cuéntanos; ¿Cuál es tu Ferrari favorito? ¿Y hasta donde llega tu pasión?
Poco a poco también me iría interesando por sus joyas de calle, entre los que me sería muy difícil poder elegir uno solo, teniendo especial predilección por los más clásicos, pero que destacaría de entre todos a la 288 GTO como mi Ferrari preferido e icónico.
Esta afición por las carreras y autos de calle llegará a un punto en el que deseas dar un paso más y querer un contacto personal con el mundo de la competición, la Scuderia, sus autos e su historia.
El primer paso es buscar gente con tu misma pasión y sentimiento por esta marca, y así llegar a crear un grupo y porque no un Club.
¿Cuándo das el paso y decides formar Scuderia Ferrari Sevilla Club?
Es así como en los años 2009-2011, entre un grupo de amigos, sin tener referencia de que en España y Andalucía exista nada parecido, se forma una Asociación cuya principal voz y representación se encuentra en una red social.
A partir de esta aparición empezamos a encontrar otros grupos y referencias similares y diversos contactos que nos llevaran a un Club Oficial ya establecido en el año 2013, en el que personalmente decidido ingresar al margen de nuestra Asociación.
En un proceso que nos lleva unos 4 años, aprendiendo y conociendo las estructuras y organización, acabará naciendo, tomando como base nuestra antigua Asociación, nuestro propio Club Oficial : la Scuderia Ferrari Club Sevilla.
¿Qué beneficios nos aporta el Club?
Los beneficios y ventajas son múltiples, diferenciando por un lado los beneficios genéricos ofrecidos por la marca, que va desde las visitas a la Fábrica y museos en Maranello y Modena, descuentos en la FerrariStore, asistencia gratuita a eventos como Ferrari Challenge y Finali Mondiali, etc…de los beneficios particulares que de forma exclusiva ofrece la Scuderia Ferrari Club Sevilla.

¿Para quién es este Club Oficial?
Una Scuderia Ferrari Club es ante todo un club creado para los Tifosis, para los amantes de la competición, del motor, de la Scuderia Ferrari, y seguidores de la marca en general, de su historia, leyenda y mito. Sevilla engloba amantes, entusiastas de todo tipo del motor y la competición, incluso seguidores de otras marcas que ven en nuestro una vía válida para vivir y expresar la pasión por el motor y automovilismo en general.
A la Scuderia Ferrari Club Sevilla se pueden unir y asociar todos aquellos apasionados del motor y automovilismo, de la competición y la Fórmula 1, sin ningún tipo de requisito ni condición especial.
Siendo esencialmente un club creado para los Tifosis y seguidores, no es necesario poseer un auto Ferrari para formar parte, pero tampoco se excluye a aquellos propietarios que deseen unirse a nuestra Pasión.

Han sido años complicados, ¿Qué proyectos futuros tenéis?
Así que ponemos más la vista en el futuro inmediato, en 2022, tratando de cerrar este año 2021 con un par de exposiciones con nuestros socios con fecha aún por determinar. Un 2022 que nos deparará nuevas oportunidades de realizar plenamente actividades y eventos, como la Sevilla Classic Gas en marzo, sin descartar realizar una actividad anterior a esta en forma de ruta o concentración y alguna visita que tenemos pendiente con nuestros numerosos amigos de Marbella.
Para terminar cuéntanos sobre el aniversario….
En este año, el próximo día 20 de Septiembre, nuestro joven club celebra su II Aniversario, como club oficial de la Scuderia Ferrari, y para esta efeméride realizamos durante el mes de agosto un concurso de aficionados de la pintura, para el diseño del Cartel de celebración.
Este aniversario representa la lucha contra la adversidad, el haber nacido como Club en una época poco propia y desfavorable, que nos ha obligado a trabajar duro y pese a ello haber crecido y mejorado en 2020 respecto a 2019 y 2021 respecto a 2020.
Todo ello demuestra a nuestro entender la capacidad y fortaleza de un club joven, gracias a un trabajo constante y al fuerte compromiso de sus socios más antiguos creando enlaces que van más allá de las circunstancias y por encima de estas.
Un club diferente, amigable que acoge a todos los seguidores, con ideas nuevas y creando un marco de amistad que nos está dotando de gran popularidad tanto en las redes como en nuestra ciudad. Unos socios de fidelidad a prueba de adversidades y errores ajenos al propio club, con una Pasión que no decae, digna de verdaderos Tifosis ferraristas, y que hacen posible la existencia del Club.
Nuestro objetivo es, por tanto, consagrarnos como un Club de referencia en nuestro ámbito territorial, llegar a ser un referente del ferrarismo en líneas generales con el paso de los años.

As we are talking about culture and we want to promote the knowledge of the automotive world, first of all we are going to introduce the brand: Mercedes Benz.
The brand develops all kinds of vehicles, sports cars, sedans, compact cars….. It also has a wide range of Trucks, Buses and Coaches….. It is because of its diversity and quality that it is positioned as the best-selling luxury car brand in the world.
How was Mercedes Benz born?
Its beginnings date back to the year 1800, Karl Benz, was a German engineer, who manufactured engines for machinery. He founded his own company Benz & CO and developed a first vehicle in 1885 that moved thanks to an internal combustion engine, patented in 1886 (a very important fact, since it was the first automobile in history) called BENZ PATENT-MOTORWAGEN.
His wife Berta Benz played a very important role. A connoisseur of engineering, she was the one who financed this enterprise, being the first woman to be able to travel 200 miles in an automobile.

WE ARE TALKING ABOUT DESIGN….
We begin by observing the outer cube that defines the proportions in relation to the cabin and we can see the great similarity between the two vehicles, the length of the hood, almost 2/3 of the proportion, is a feature that certainly makes us understand that both models follow the same design pattern.
At the front of both vehicles, there is ambition to make a large entrance in the lower grille that cools the engine well, giving personality to this model, this is always crowned with the insignia of the brand, between the two models we can see how the evolution widens the opening, and replaces the chrome bumper so aesthetic SL300 in a carbon adjustable spoiler with a functional purpose in the Black Series model.
On the side remains virtually intact the proportion of both models, but with a large variant in the elements, in the Sl300, there is a grille with chrome finishes designed to help cooling, and two moldings that give personality to this model located on the passes of ruega longitudinally, whose purpose is to avoid splashes in wet terrain.
In the Black series appears the development of more functional lines and finished in carbon spoiler, on a body in two heights, after the front wheel arch, adjusting the ground clearance and exaggerating the curves in the fins of the rear axle.

Como hablamos de cultura y queremos fomentar el conocimiento del mundo del automóvil, antes de nada vamos a presentar a marca: Mercedes Benz.
La marca desarrolla todo tipo de vehículos, coches deportivos, sedanes, compactos…. También tiene una amplia oferta de Camiones, Autobuses…. Es por su diversidad y calidad, que se posiciona como la marca de autos de lujo más vendida del mundo.
¿Cómo nace Mercedes Benz?

Es así que siete años después del último Black Series, Mercedes-AMG ha retomado esta peculiar familia con el súper deportivo de su gama, el GT, que también recibe ahora el famoso apellido, el cual solo se ha asignado a 6 modelos a lo largo de la historia, siendo signo de la exclusividad y deportividad del modelo, ganando importancia así para coleccionistas.
Este vehículo es considerado el super deportivo más extremo, de la firma Affalterbach, presentado en 2020, Este Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series esconde un motor V8 de 4,0 litros, biturbo, con una potencia de 730 CV, suficiente para asegurar un 0 a 100 km/h en 3,2 segundos y una velocidad máxima de 325 km/h.

HABLAMOS DE DISEÑO….
Comenzamos por observar el cubo exterior que define las proporciones en relación a la cabina y podemos observar la gran similitud que existe entre ambos vehículos, la longitud del capo, casi 2/3 de la proporción, es una característica que sin duda nos hace entender que ambos modelos siguen un mismo patrón de diseño.
En la parte frontal de ambos vehículos, existe ambición de hacer una gran entrada en la parrilla inferior que refrigere bien el motor, dando personalidad ese modelo, esta siempre es coronada con la insignia de la marca, entre ambos modelos en podemos observar como la evolución ensancha la apertura, y sustituye el parachoques cromado tan estético del SL300 en unos spoiler regulables de carbono con una finalidad funcional en el modelo Black Series.
En el lateral se mantiene prácticamente intacta la proporción de ambos modelos, pero con una gran variante en los elementos, en el Sl300, se observa una rejilla con acabados cromados diseñada para ayudar a refrigeración, y dos molduras que dan personalidad a este modelo situadas sobre los pases de ruega de forma longitudinal, cuya finalidad es evitar salpicaduras en terrenos mojados.
En el Black series aparece el desarrollo de líneas más funcionales y rematadas en carbono de spoiler, sobre una carrocería en dos aturas, tras del pase de rueda delantero, ajustando la distancia al suelo y exagerando las curvas en las aletas del tren trasero.
Sin duda alguna la parte trasera es la que mayor modificación presenta, de las líneas redondeadas junto a la elegancia estética de las letras cromadas del mercedes SL300, al acabado más tecnológico y funcionalista del mercedes AMG, con un gran alerón pionero en el desarrollo de la ingeniería actual realizado por Tesla.
Durante el último mes se han realizado dos pinturas al óleo, con los vehículos originales Mercedes SL 300 de 1054 y el Mercedes AMG GT Black Series 2020, ambos son:
El primer vehículo de calle súper deportivo de la historia, y el sucesor actual de edición más limitada.
Un antes y un después reflejado en dos cuadros de 120×90 centímetros aproximadamente.
Nuestro objetivo desde “TU LEYENDA” es la creación de Cultura automovilística, arte y conocimiento relacionado con el mundo del motor.
Buscamos crear arte con contenido, que exprese, muestre y nos vaya llenado de conocimiento. Una obra más cercana siempre de la mano de los propietarios, a quienes tenemos que agradecer su colaboración, en el desarrollo de nuestro proyecto.

Since I was a little boy, instead of playing video games, I always had the initiative to play with cars… At Christmas, instead of asking for any kind of gifts like other children… I always wanted toy cars or car parts. Later I was able to acquire my first car; A mini Cooper John Works.
The car of my dreams; Ferraris, represent the two things that fill me: the passion for luxury cars and racing, as well as, for having part of the Italian culture, which is what I like and identify me the most.
If you ask me about the beginnings and the personal support, I have to tell you that like all families, they want the best for each of its members …
And the beginnings have been very hard because nobody thought I was going to get to where I am now… No doubt now they are very happy for the results I am getting.
My friends… They always saw that this was crazy… Only two people have fully trusted me, Miguel Zambrana and Jean Michel.
I have always been passionate about cars.
I have a strange mix; I like the Racing style and racing, as well as the luxury automotive events…

I was part of the board of directors of the Marbella Abarth Club.
Then the president of the club Abarth Costa del Sol.
Last year together with a friend of mine we made a small group of routes called adult toy.
Right now I am the director and manager of Gentleman Driving Club in Marbella.

Para los que el describe como «quemados del motor», refiriéndose con este termino, a esa pasión que surge en este mundillo y une a personas amantes de la automoción .
Háblanos sobre ti…..
Desde niño pequeño en vez de jugar a los videojuegos, siempre tuve la iniciativa de jugar con los cochecitos… En navidades, en vez de pedir cualquier tipo de regalos como otros niños… Siempre quería coches de juguete o piezas de coches. Mas adelante pude adquirir mi primer coche; Un mini Cooper John Works.
El coche de mis sueños; Los Ferrari, representan las dos cosas que me llenan: la pasión por los coches de lujo y las carreras, así como , por tener parte de la cultura italiana, que es lo que más me gusta y me identifica.
Si me preguntas sobre los inicios y el apoyo personal, he de contarte que como todas las familias, quieren lo mejor para cada uno de sus miembros …
Y los comienzos han sido muy duros ya que nadie pensaba que iba a llegar a donde estoy actualmente… Sin duda ahora se alegran enormemente por los resultados que estoy obteniendo.

Llevo cinco años con preparaciones, y creo continuare por este camino.
Lo que más me gusta es su interior.
Y el aspecto Racing que tiene, en una base casi imposible de preparar, siendo su forma un “huevo” .
Sacar todo su potencial… no es una tarea fácil, como todo lo que me propongo en la vida!

Convierto una pequeña reunión en una relación de amistad longeva… A través de ahí, se convierte en una relación de amistad y confianza…
Mi objetivo siempre ha sido y siempre será la pasión por los coches, nunca mirar la persona que eres o lo que tienes, así que intereses económicos cero.
En el ámbito por donde yo me muevo, pienso que lo valoran mucho ya que por desgracia el ser humano en su mayoría se mueve por intereses económicos.
Sin duda me gusta trabajar y ganar dinero al igual que todos… pero lo primordial para mí es la confianza y ser humilde en la vida

My passion for the AMG was born since I understood that they had a lot of potential in racing, either in Formula or in the GTs world series. Together with the Porsche are the ones that gave more cane and better positions obtained.
On the other hand I have always been in love with the G class, I love its mafia style, aggressive, with luxurious finishes and a powerful engine, aesthetically for me is a 10/10. It is a dream that someday I hope to have, my first AMG is a 2018 CLA 45 AMG 381hp.
I work as a racing mechanic, for two racing teams. At a formative level I am a superior technician in Automotive and competition mechanic. My job is to assist vehicles in competitions in national and international circuits. Wherever the teams go we go with them accompanying them….
CLUB AMG ESPAÑA is more than a club, it is a family.
All the members of the group live in Spain and have a Mercedes Benz with AMG engine.
I’m just a lover of the brand, of all models, both new and old as I am dedicated to this world….
I am a racing mechanic, I decided to create the AMG group in Spain, as there was none serious and active.
I was in a couple of AMG groups in Spain, when we bought our CLA 45 AMG 381, but they did not organize routes, getaways, raffles, events, merchandising, stickers…
As for the routes, right now we have not resumed due to mobility restrictions, but our intention is for two very different styles.
We are motor and speed lovers. We like to be cautious and enjoy to the maximum in circuits, where we can squeeze our AMGs to the maximum in their performance and fill us with sensations, without endangering the lives of others. On the other hand, we want to organize quieter routes already on the road, enjoying the gastronomy, good hotels, the landscapes as well as the environment, traveling throughout Spain, Andalusia, Catalonia, but we also have in mind international trips to Andorra or Portugal.

Mi pasión por los AMG nace desde que comprendí que tenían mucho potencial en las carreras, ya sea en la Fórmula, como en los GTs world series. Conjuntamente con los Porsche son los que más caña daban y mejores posiciones obtenían.
Por otro lado siempre he vivido enamorado del clase G, me encanta su estilo mafia, agresivo, con unos acabados lujosos y un motor potente de narices, estéticamente para mí es un 10/10. Es un sueño que algún día espero poder tener, mi primer AMG es un CLA 45 AMG 381cv del 2018.
Trabajo como mecánico de competición, para dos escuderías. A nivel formativo soy técnico superior en Automoción y mecánico de competición. Mi trabajo consiste en hacer asistencias a vehículos en la competiciones en circuitos nacionales como internacionales. Allí donde van las escuderías vamos con ellos acompañándolos…
El CLUB AMG ESPAÑA es más que un club, es una familia.
Todos los componentes del grupo residen en España y tienen un Mercedes Benz con motorización AMG.
Yo solo soy un amante de la marca, de todos los modelos, tanto nuevos como antiguos ya que me dedico a ese mundillo….
Soy mecánico de competición, decidí crear el grupo AMG en España, ya que no había ninguno serio y activo.
Estuve en un par de grupos AMG España, cuando compramos nuestro CLA 45 AMG 381, pero no organizaban rutas, escapadas, sorteos, eventos, merchandising, pegatinas…
En cuanto a las rutas, ahora mismo no hemos reanudado por las restricciones de movilidad, pero nuestra intención va por dos estilos muy diferentes.
Somos amantes del motor y de la velocidad. Nos gusta ser precavidos y disfrutar al máximo en circuitos, donde podemos exprimir nuestros AMG al máximo en sus prestaciones y llenarnos de sensaciones, sin poner en peligro la vida de terceras personas. Por otro lado, queremos organizar rutas más tranquilas ya en carretera, disfrutando de la gastronomía, buenos hoteles, de los paisajes así como del entorno, viajando por toda España, Andalucía, Cataluña, pero también tenemos en mente salidas interacionales por Andorra o Portugal.

On Saturday, August 7, a meeting was held in the province of Malaga, where an authentic caravan of different models of the Porsche brand were participating. All the owners of these vehicles were able to enjoy the picturesque routes offered by the province, as well as enjoy its gastronomy and the beauty of its landscapes..

Sergio, tell us about you…
Where was your passion for Porsche born? Which was your first Porsche? Which is your favorite model in the brand? Which of your cars marks something special in your life and why? Do your family and friends share this hobby with you?
My name is Sergio Plaza, born in Malaga, forty-five years old.
My passion for Porsche becomes from childhood. Wwhen I was a child I was very fond of cars but this brand, I do not know exactly why, I’ve always apreciate very much. Ferrari or Lamborghini never caught my attention like Porsche, I don’t why, but I identify myself much more with Porsche.
My first Porsche was anecdotal:
This was a Porsche 928 model, which, I recived for Christmas present. Was an electric cable car from Rico. I talk you about times were the remote controls didn’t exist. This one was my first Porsche and that was clear for me: I would have one of these cars in my life !
My favorite model…
My heart is a bit divided between two models, on the one hand the 911 which for everyone is the Porsche par excellence, and the Boxster model. It is not very valued by the critics, but for me it is a special car, wonderful, it has something that I would not know how to explain.
For my own emotion, two of my Porsche collection have a special signification: the Porsche 911. I always wanted to have the special Porsche’s grey color, with red interior. I’ve tried more than one time to buy one until one day, I found the opportunity and I could buy it. After many years resisting, until I finally got it ! For this reason, is a car that I appreciate so much, I would never sale.
If my family share with me this hobby …. ?
Yes, of course, but I don’t know if I would say afortunately or unfortunately ! I’m lucky to have them with me but the misfortune to bear the costs of the 4 Porsche that we put in place every time we go on the road, hotels, ect …. (laugh)
But it is always worth it, says Sergio with a smile.
Tell us about your Club ….
When did you decide to take the step to form the Club? Is the club of members owners or lovers of the brand? What is the purpose of Social Porsche Club Malaga? How many members are you? Is the purpose of the Club recreational or lucrative? What kind of routes do you do? Do you do any international routes? Who can participate?
I decided to set the Club up in 2018, two years after after buying my first Porsche. I start participating in other different clubs of the brand, but I could not find the philosophy I was looking for.
This is how the creator of the brand Ferdinand Porsche says, «I went out looking for the car of my dreams and as I could not find it, I made it», in this same way I decided to create a Club of members and owners of the brand in Malaga.
It is created for fun, without any profit motive, and above all under the motto of enjoying our own cars. We are currently thirty members, it is quite limited, we do not want to be a bigger Club, it is our requirement to want quality, not quantity, subscribers are drivers and family members who actively participate, especially who live and enjoy the car, the brand, the road, the pleasure of driving…..
We make routes from a simple breakfast, routes through the province, to international routes, Every weekend we organize some activity.
In the international activities, we have the SPM Morroco Miles, a route that takes place annually limited to 10 vehicles, it runs through Morocco during the first weekend of December. We do another route during the long w-e of Andalusia. We go to Portugal.
The participants have to be true lovers of the brand, people with education, looking for fun, and sharing friendship and motoring.
At all times it is very important to clarify that the routes are not races or competitions.We just want to enjoy the scenery, gastronomy and time together, members and friends. We want to discover the best of our region, nice restaurant, some cultural discover and nice time with our beautiful cars.
